Products

We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions, images and prices are accurate. As many of our crystals and handcrafted items are natural products, each piece is unique and may vary slightly in colour, size, shape and pattern from the photographs shown on our website. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Our crystals and spiritual products are sold for decorative, personal and spiritual purposes only. Any information provided regarding crystals, energy or holistic wellbeing is based on spiritual beliefs and is not intended to replace professional medical, psychological or healthcare advice. Our products should not be relied upon to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary. If this occurs after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched promptly and are expected to arrive within 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including postal delays, adverse weather or courier disruptions. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address details supplied by the customer.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Before returning any item, you must notify us by email at Nataleethemedium@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

Returned items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging where possible.

• Be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photographs of both the item and its packaging where applicable.

Once the damage has been verified, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow several working days for your payment provider to process the refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natalee the Medium shall not be liable for:

• Delays in delivery caused by postal services or courier companies.

• Loss or damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Natural variations in crystals or handcrafted products.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation.
